“VICTOIRE” offers private customers looking for emergency repair or troubleshooting (hereinafter the “Customers” or “you”) a connection service with independent and professional technicians in the locksmith, electricity, gas and plumbing (hereinafter the "Professionals").
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the "T&Cs") is to define the conditions of use of the Site and the provision of the connection service by Intervention Urgence 24. These T&Cs therefore do not govern the conditions of intervention or the provision of services offered by the Professionals presented on Intervention Urgence 24.
By accessing the Site or using the service, the Customer declares to accept these T&Cs and undertakes to respect them. In case of disagreement with the provisions of these general conditions, it is recommended not to browse the Site or use the service. In the same way, if the conditions of the service are not clear or in case of doubt, it is recommended not to use them.
Presentation of our Emergency Response 24 service
Intervention Urgence 24 has the sole mission of facilitating the connection between Clients and Professionals, ensuring the management of emergency intervention requests, the necessary communications and the confirmation of the Professional's intervention.
As part of the provision of our services, “VIKTOIRE”:
publishes the Site and manages a call center for the marketing, by Professionals, of their services to Clients;
responds to inquiries from Clients and, on behalf of the Professional, arranges for the Professional to come to the place indicated in order to assess the repair work required and, if necessary, provide an estimate of the duration and the amount of repair work to be carried out;
monitors the performance of Professionals, receives feedback from Clients and resolves complaints and disputes arising from repair work.
It is recalled that under no circumstances will "VIKTOIRE" provide repair and troubleshooting services (the "Services"), which are provided by the Professional alone, in its name and on its behalf, under its own responsibility and under the conditions legal and financial provisions which it will have defined and which it is up to the Customer to validate prior to the performance of the Services.
Description of the process
First, the Customer makes an intervention request to the Intervention Urgence 24 call center, indicating precisely the type of intervention required, as well as the place where it is requested, and the necessary contact details.
While you are on the phone, "VIKTOIRE" is looking for a Professional who can intervene quickly, depending on the type of intervention required.
Once the search has been carried out by “VIKTOIRE”, we will inform you in writing (an SMS / a confirmation e-mail) of the availability of the Professional. If you consent to the Professional intervening you are entering into a contract with the Professional to which “VIKTOIRE” is not a party. The Professional will provide you with an estimate of the cost for carrying out the Repair Services, including in particular the number of hours that the repair work should take. You will pay the Professional directly by transfer to their professional account, by cheque, by credit card or in cash, according to the Professional's conditions. The Professional should not ask you for a cash payment unless you both agree.
Emergency Response Availability 24
The Customer is informed and accepts that the Site and the call center are provided to him as is and according to their availability.
“VIKTOIRE” makes its best efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and the call center, according to the limits of liability of these T&Cs. “VIKTOIRE” does not guarantee that the Site and the call center are free from anomalies and that their operation is uninterrupted.
Consequently, the Customer is reminded that it is his responsibility to take all appropriate measures to minimize the harmful consequences linked in particular to a possible interruption of the operation of the Site or to a loss of the content made available on the Site.
“VIKTOIRE” reserves the right to suspend access to the Site or to the call center in whole or in part, to carry out any correction, update, maintenance or to develop the Site.
When a Professional wishes to be referenced on our Site, we check that the latter has:
– the qualifications necessary to provide the Services;
– the necessary declarations and registrations with the competent tax office;
– appropriate insurance.
“VIKTOIRE” communicates this information at the Customer's request.
However, please note that “VIKTOIRE” does not verify the following information:
– the solvency of the Professional;
- the Professional's bankruptcy history;
– The Professional's criminal record.
Although we implement our best efforts to ensure that the Professional providing the Services is fully qualified and able to perform the work, “VIKTOIRE” assumes no responsibility for the quality of the Services provided by the Professional.
If you have any doubts about the competence of the Professional connected by Intervention Urgence 24, please cancel the service and call us immediately and we will investigate the situation.
Code of conduct
Each Professional who registers with our service must accept our “Code of Conduct”. The Code of Conduct is available on our Site.
The Code of Conduct provides that, in accordance with the law, any Professional must provide an invoice to the Client before payment is received. If you have not received an invoice from the Professional before making payment, please refer to our complaints section to find out how to contact us and we will investigate the situation.
Payment will be made directly to the Professional. We will be informed by the Professional when this payment has been made. We receive a commission for our services from this payment. In the event of a payment problem, we are at your disposal to answer all your questions or complaints.
Your opinion counts and allows us to ensure that the Professional offers a quality service. We do not work with Professionals who do not respect our Code of Conduct or who do not comply with their applicable terms of service.

Please note, however, that Professionals are not employed by “VIKTOIRE”. We will forward all complaints to Professionals. This ensures that the Professional knows the nature of the complaint and that he can assess his liability. Since the activity of Intervention Urgence 24 is limited to facilitating the connection between the Professional and the Clients, "VIKTOIRE" cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, defects of the Professional towards the Client, and vice versa.
Intervention Urgence 24 limits its activity to the promotion of the Professional who declares to have the skills and professionalism required to carry out the repair services requested. Intervention Urgence 24 therefore neither explicitly nor implicitly guarantees their competence and/or expertise on the quality of the assistance, the timeliness of the intervention, the content, the availability or the punctuality of the intervention, the absence of errors or the possibility of an appeal.
“VIKTOIRE” therefore does not respond to Clients, nor to third parties, in the event of direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, resulting from the quality of work performed by the Professional with regard to the Client. It is also reminded that at no time does "VIKTOIRE" guarantee compliance with the Professional's obligations described herein.
We recommend that you check all the conditions of the services that the Professional provides to you, in order to understand whether he is seeking to contractually exonerate himself from any liability. We remind you that these disclaimers of liability are contrary to consumer law.
Changes to the TOS
We reserve the right to remove any service offered on our. We don't have to give notice, and if we remove a service, we won't be liable to you.
We also reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time, for example if we modify our booking processes or if legislative or regulatory changes require us to update them.
However, we remind you that the contractual conditions applied to your use of the Emergency Response 24 service will be those in force at the time you request a Professional.
Intellectual property rights
The copyrights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights on the elements contained on this Site belong to us or to the licensors of “VIKTOIRE”.
This includes rights relating to databases, designs and models, know-how, inventions (registered or not), patents and all registration application rights.
You are permitted to use these materials only as expressly authorized by us or our licensors in writing. Applicable law and competent court.
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
